The Expo is from 9am-3pm on Saturday, April 21, 2018.
Exhibitor booth size is 8x8 and includes draped 6ft table, 2 chairs, 1 wastebasket, and logo included in expo guide. There is also limited vendor spaces on the conference day and the opening ceremonies day in addition to the expo day. There is no extra charge for this but we need to know if you are interested. Please indicate if you will take advantage of the extra days on the vendor form below.
April /21- Load in and set up on day of expo time is 7 am to be complete by 8:30 am. Breakdown begins at 3:30 pm to be complete by 4:30 pm. Booth assignments are first come first served and based on when booth space has been secured.
